Spoiler: Ashley had no idea… until much later. Fast forward a few years, and their paths crossed again in the most unexpected way — they ended up in the same senior prom group, even though they were both with different dates. The real magic started the summer before Ashley headed off to Boise State for college. They were just hanging out as friends, with zero plans of anything more — honestly, they were just trying to figure out how to adult. But Cody had a problem: he needed to explain to his parents who this girl he kept talking about actually was. So, in classic Cody fashion, he declared Ashley his girlfriend — officially and proudly.
