We’ve known each other forever, like, since middle school forever. Cody claims he had a crush on Ashley back in 8th grade, when they somehow survived the same history class together. Spoiler: Ashley had no idea… until much later. Fast forward a few years, and our paths crossed again in an unexpected way — we ended up in the same senior prom group, even though we were both with different dates. The real magic started the summer before Ashley headed off to Boise State. We were just hanging out as friends with no plans for anything more, mostly just trying to figure out how to adult. But Cody reached a point where he needed to explain to his parents who this girl he kept talking about actually was, and somewhere in the process, Ashley became his girlfriend — officially and unexpectedly. And the rest is history (and a lot of fun stories we’ll save for the wedding). From that day on, it’s been one amazing adventure. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
