Yes, absolutely! We love kids! If you are comfortable with bringing your kid(s) we will have a kids' table, kids' area, and activities for them.
We chose this venue because it's not only beautiful but it will also accommodate having the ceremony and reception inside if we have to. We will update everyone if the weather looks bad.
Put in your GPS/phone the address: 11895 Dolly Pond Road, Birchwood, TN. Off the main road you will drive through neighborhoods for a couple of minutes, but there will be signs to point you in the direction. When you get there you will see a large gate. It should be open and no code will be needed for you to enter. There are a few other venues on the property. We are the last one on the left side. There will be a sign that says "The Pavillion" with our names next to it.
Yes, there is plenty of parking for everyone right at the venue. No far walks!
Yes, of course! During cocktail hour we will have a display of fruit, veggies, an assortment of cheese and crackers, and refreshments. For dinner, there will be chicken in a white creamy sauce, penne pasta in meat sauce with Italian sausage, green beans with crushed red pepper and bacon, garlic mashed potatoes, rolls, and a garden salad. And of course, there will be a wedding cake after dinner! *Please let us know of any dietary restrictions if you haven't already.
Yes, we will have a licensed bartender for our wedding. She will be serving cocktails and wine. It is an open bar, but tips are greatly appreciated for her service.
No, please refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer and videographer who will capture every moment. We will share everything after the wedding, don't worry!
Unfortunately no, but we will have a videographer who will capture sweet moments throughout the day and we will share it with everyone.
