Catarata Bijagual (Hike + Waterfall)
Great spot for a hike - there will be spots to jump in the water along the way and a waterfall at the end. Hike is somewhat strenuous upon the return. Plan for a 3-4 hour trip with stops to jump in the water. The waterfall is about 40 minutes from the hotel.
Monkey House
If you want to see Monkey's this is a good spot. A bit off the beaten path and you will find yourself at someone's house where the monkeys live in the surrounding trees. For few dollars they will give you a bucket of food to feed the many monkeys and you will have them climbing all over you. About an hour from the hotel.
Fishing Charter from Los Suenos Marina
The hotel is situated right on a marina with lots of options for fishing charters for the day.
Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park
Adventure park nearby with zip lining, ATVs, horseback riding and more.
Jaco Beach Surf School
Lots of surfing options on Jaco beach! Good for any level of surfing.
Manuel Antonio National Park
National park filled with beautiful beaches and lush greenery (like most of Costa Rica lol). About 1 hour and 15 minutes from the hotel.
Monte Verde
Monteverde is famous for a reason — its cloud forests are brimming with plants and animals, its zip lines and suspension bridges (Plan to stay for at least one night). About 2.5 hours from the hotel.
