Can I take photos on the day?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony", this means no phones/devices during the "I do's." We ask that all of our guests kindly follow this as we have hired both a photographer and videographer to capture the entire day and would like to avoid any devices being in their shots. If you wish to take photos during the drinks reception and evening then feel free - we've even set up an online photo POV platform to share the pictures of the day with everyone - we just ask that you wait to upload any photos of us on social media until we have posted our own first photos as the new Mr & Mrs Gray. Thank-you x

Would you like any wedding gifts?

Answer

We are so excited to share our special day with you and to us, your presence is enough! If you do wish to gift us something, a contribution to our dream honeymoon would be greatly appreciated x

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that guests please arrive no later than quarter past 12 for our ceremony starting at 1pm. This will ensure that everyone is on time and is seated ready for the bridal party walking down the aisle. If any guests do arrive once the ceremony has begun, we ask that you do not disrupt the service and instead head round the back of the venue to the outdoor cocktail area to avoid interruption to our vows x

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to us wishing to have a smaller, more intimate ceremony with our closest friends and family, our wedding is invitation only. If you do have a plus one, this will have been clear on your paper invitation x

What should I wear?

Answer

There is no dress code as such but we would love to see all of our family and friends dressed up with us! The bridesmaids will be wearing green dresses so this may be a colour you choose to avoid out of fear of clashing with the bridal party and obviously, please avoid the colour white x

Will there be parking?

Answer

YES! Willerby Barn has plenty of car parking available. Simply follow the signs into the venue coming off Beverley Road (A164) and you will notice the guest car park on your left, directly opposite the barn x

What time should I book my taxi home?

Answer

As much as we would love to party into the weekend with you all, Willerby Barn closes at midnight, with last orders being called at around 11.30pm x
