We’re getting married!

Our story first started when Chayton messaged Ashley on Instagram January 2025. Ashley was at a Slow pitch softball tournament for Bombs in Branson. Chayton had just finished the Lamar alumni basketball tournament. Chayton went to go eat at the local Mexican restaurant with Eliab Cifuentes and Juan Juarez. Chayton messaged Ashley on instagram with a “Hey, what’s up?” From that one message who would’ve believed we are in this moment with each other. Obviously we have to give credit where it’s due. Thank you Eliab and Juan! After a few weeks Chayton asked Ashley to go out to eat. Before they went on their first date Ashley kicked his butt at Madden in his apartment. Ethan Thompson can attest to that. In that moment Ashley and Chayton realized it would be game on in anything competing against each other. Months go by and Ashley is going to watch as many of Chayton’s baseball games as possible. Fast forward to after college and he has now started the best sport ever, Slow pitch softball. Ashley knew she would marry Chayton when she watched how he acted with her family on and off the softball field whether she was with him or if he was by himself. Now some will say that Chayton is only on Big Robs team because he was dating the coaches daughter. Chayton will say it’s because he is the best. Over time he has gotten an addiction to softball bats and playing. Ashley loves to watch him shine at what he does best. Ashley and Chayton made the decision to grow together and join their lives as one. Now the big question that might need a vote at the wedding day is “who is the better slow pitch player?”
