Please note: Authorization forms must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date. You are welcome to arrange payment earlier if desired. The 72-hour timeframe is the final deadline for processing prepayments before arrival. The hotel team will be happy to assist with any questions regarding payment arrangements.
