What is the address of the ceremony and reception?
Answer
The address for the ceremony and reception is 9519 E Market St Warren, OH 44484. The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting) outside The Grand Pavilion which is a building in between The Grand Resort and The Chophouse. The reception will take place inside the Grand Pavilion. There is parking available at The Grand Resort which shares a parking lot with The Chophouse restaurant.

Are there room blocks available and if so, where?
Answer
There is a room block reserved at The Grand Resort for our guests. While the Grand Pavilion is not connected to the Grand Resort hotel with an indoor walkway, it is a short walk along the sidewalk to gain entry to the Grand Resort through its side entrance. To reserve a room, call The Grand Resort and request a room under the Konya-Delbo Wedding or use the following link. Reservations must be made before August 14th, 2024 to participate in the room block. https://reservations.travelclick.com/10253?groupID=3948841 There are both 2 Queen bed and 1 King bed room types available at the Grand Resort for the same price available on September 14th. There is also a room block at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Warren Niles. A shuttle will be provided from the Fairfield to the Grand Resort before the ceremony and after the reception. The shuttle will be able to accommodate 13 people at a time. Please plan to arrive to the venue early to eliminate any capacity issues on its last trip to the resort before the ceremony. Am I allowed to bring my children?

Unfortunately due to the space restrictions of the venue, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There will be an open bar with a cash tip jar for the cocktail hour and the reception. Beer, wine, liquor, and the standard mixers will be served.

Where should we send your wedding gift if we do not want to bring it to the wedding?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at: 16095 Old State Rd Middlefield, OH 44062

Is the shuttle from the Fairfield Inn free?
Answer
Yes the shuttle is provided to the guests for the wedding free of charge, however they always appreciate a cash tip.

What is the recommended attire?
Answer
We recommend wearing semi-formal clothing. Some examples are slacks and a dress shirt for men and dresses, pant suit, or skirt with a dressy top for women.

At the Grand Resort, there are both 2 Queen Beds and 1 Kind Bed room types available under the room block. The rooms are the same price if booked under the room block.
