Question

Will there be cell service or Wi-Fi at the wedding ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

No, there will be minimal (if any) cell service and no wi-fi at this venue. Please plan accordingly!

Question

Do I need to bring anything?

Answer

Bring your own alcohol if you plan on drinking. Please be responsible and arrange a ride after the wedding if you plan to drink. You are also welcome to bring your own lawn chairs, blankets, lawn games, etc.

Question

I'm planning on drinking alcohol at the reception. Anything I should know?

Answer

Yes. Bringing alcohol is welcomed as long as your behavior is appropriate for a wedding. Please keep in mind that there will be children present and this is a very special day for the newlyweds. A sober ride home should be arranged BEFORE attending the wedding. No cell phone service available at the venue location. No alcoholic beverages are permitted to guests under the legal age of 21.

Question

Is it okay to bring my baby/toddler to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely! Please use common courtesy in order to keep the ceremonial experience memorable and enjoyable for everyone. If during the ceremony your baby or infant is crying, we ask that you kindly take him or her to an area away from the ceremony.

Question

Can I bring my dog or pet?

Answer

As a consideration to the venue, we ask that you do not bring any animals to the venue.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We are leaving the formality up to you! If you choose to dress up, our wedding colors are natural tones (dusty rose, natural shades of brown, beige, and violets) and we are following a simplic and rustic country theme. The venue is outdoor in the woods dressing according to the weather and bringing extra layers just in case is recommended. It is also wise to bring sunscreen and bug spray as we will be near the river and it is expected to be very warm.

Question

What if I get lost?

Answer

Due to the absence of cell service, we advise you to please refer to the map found here: https://goo.gl/maps/rV43NMrcnAC2 as most of the wedding party will already be out of service several hours prior to the start if the ceremony. We will also have several signs along the way directing guests to the venue. Follow the balloons!
