Important information regarding hotel rooms: Block Cutoff: Rooms must be reserved by 11:59pm on 9/9/2026 Early Departure Fee: Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date at check-in. Should the guest check out earlier than the agreed check-out date (by 11 am), a fee of $75 will be applied toward their stay. Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within the 72-hour window will be charged a fee of 1-night room and tax.
