Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes! We will have trolleys available to pick you up and take you to and/or from the venue/hotel. If you are not staying in the hotel we have blocked (Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Galena, IL) and would like to take the trolley to the venue, please let Ben or Ashley know. Question

Can I leave my vehicle at the venue if I decide to use the Trolley to take me back to my hotel?

Answer

Yes, you can leave your vehicle there overnight, however, please be sure to pick it up the following day by 10:30am

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception are at the same location which does offer free parking.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:30 pm. We would recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early so you will have time to park and get to the ceremony location.

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

Yes, it is #ToHannamToHold A wedding hashtag is an efficient way to keep track of all the photos that your bridal party and guests take along the journey.

Can I take photos and/or video during the Ceremony?

Answer

No, we are having an "unplugged ceremony." While we fully encourage everyone to bring their phones & cameras to document the day, we politely request that all devices be turned off during the ceremony. Once we receive the professional images from our photographer after the wedding, we will be happy to send them to you! Photos and video will be allowed after the ceremony and during the reception.

What does "unplugged wedding" mean?

Answer

An unplugged wedding is when you ask your family, friends and guest to turn off their phones, ipads, cameras and other digital distractions during the ceremony or reception.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held outdoors in a pavilion. In the event it rains, the ceremony will move to the Chapel on site and the venue offers heaters and wall coverings for inclement weather.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head to The School House where we will be serving cocktails. (Check the "Schedule" tab for times and locations)

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Please note the ceremony will be held in a grassy area for anyone wearing heels.

Yes. Bed, Bath & Beyond and Amazon. Those lists/links will be up soon.

Answer

On or before April 25, 2021

Yes, please include them on your RSVP.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed but if you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.
