Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 14th, 2025. If you are unable to attend, please let us know by responding "no" so we can finalize our arrangements. We also cannot accept any RSVPs after June 14th for catering purposes. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What is the address of the venue?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at O'Connor Pavilion. The address is 1700 Fish Hatchery Rd, Estes Park, CO 80517

Question

What should I know about the wedding venue?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at the charming O'Connor Pavilion in Estes Park, a completely outdoor venue with a covered area for the reception. The pavilion is paved and wheelchair accessible, though some surrounding terrain may be uneven, so we recommend sturdy footwear. For your convenience, vaulted restrooms are available on-site. We’re excited to share this beautiful, rustic setting with you! Please also note that because of the isolated nature of the venue, cell phone service might be limited!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No Dress Code! Our wedding is more casual! If you wish to dress similar to the “vibe” of our wedding- you are welcome to! Casual Garden Party Wedding Attire (Optional) Our wedding calls for bright colors, florals, and a relaxed vibe—but comfort is key since much of the celebration will be outdoors! Colors: Think vibrant summer hues, pastels, and floral prints. Footwear: Flat shoes, wedges, or sandals are a must—avoid stilettos on grassy terrain. Layering: Bring a light sweater or shawl for cooler evening mountain temps.

Question

Where is the best place to book for an overnight stay in Estes Park?

Answer

We are staying at Rocky Mountain Resorts at the Sunnyside Knoll location and highly recommend it to our guests due to its proximity to the venue! This location is also pet-friendly! Please check out the Travel page for more information on our room block!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

As you make your way to Estes, be prepared for a scenic drive with winding mountain roads. Once you’re close to our venue, the final stretch will be on unpaved roads, so we recommend driving a vehicle that can handle such terrain comfortably. Parking is available for our wedding day, but please be aware that overnight parking is not allowed- please plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please check your invitation for the names of those who are invited, as we can only accommodate those listed. If you have any questions or need to update your RSVP, let us know. Thank you!
