Grand Tetons National Park is in northwestern Wyoming near the famous Jackson Hole ski resort and only an hour from Yellowstone National Park. There are many options for flights and lodging. Rental cars are a must have. You will need a car to drive to and from the airport, lodging, etc, in to the park. You will also need to purchase a National Park pass per carload to get in to the park. The fee is $35, good for 7 days. There is a link below.

Flight

Jackson, Wyoming

This is the closest airport to the National Park and in the heart of Jackson Hole. Much of the lodging is in this area.

Flight

Idaho Falls Regional Airport

Idaho Falls Regional Airport is about a two hour drive from the park. There will be less lodging in this area.

Flight

Yellowstone Regional Airport

Yellowstone Regional Airport in Cody, Wyoming is about a 4 hour drive to Grand Tetons National Park, but is right outside of Yellowstone National Park, so it is a good option for those wanting to visit Yellowstone National Park before or after the wedding.

Flight

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport

Bozeman, MT is another airport that is close to Yellowstone National Park. It is about 4.5 hours away from Grand Tetons, but is another option for those wanting to visit Yellowstone National Park before or after the wedding,

Travel Note

Camping

We will be camping for the weekend, other than the wedding night, which we have booked a room. If you would like to camp in an INDIVIDUAL SITE (one car and one tent/camper per site) it's $36-38 per night, you should follow the link above and book soon as sites are filling up quickly. If you want to camp in a GROUP CAMPSITE with other wedding guests please let us know ASAP and we will book it for the group as sites are limited. This option keeps our group together and is no more expensive, potentially much cheaper than individual sites. The campground has bathrooms, coin operated showers, a general store, and other ammenities. If you are in need of camping gear (tent, sleeping bags, etc), please include that as well and we can see if we can borrow some for you!

Hotel

Lodging within the Park

There are a few lodges and cabins within the grounds of the National Park. These will be the closest locations to the weekends festivities, but will fill up fast!

Hotel

Lodging around Grand Tetons National Park

These are options outside of the park. It includes options in Jackson Wyoming, Moran Wyoming, and Driggs Idaho so please be sure to double check that your hotel is in the same city in which you are flying!

Travel Note

Park Passes and Entrance Fees

Every car entering the park will need a pass. The fee is $35 for 7 days. If you are planning on visiting Yellowstone National Park, you will be best served to buy the America the Beautiful annual pass, good for a full year to get you in to all 62 National Parks around the US, the cost is $80.

Travel Note

Where to rent camping gear

This store in Jackson rents out everything you will need to camp for the weekend; including tents, sleeping bags, coolers, and more!
