When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you kindly RSVP by August 3, 2026.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and guest list limitations, we are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our venue capacity only allows us to include children specifically named on the invitation.

Where is the Ceremony and Reception?

The Ceremony and Reception will be held at the same location. Rustic Oaks (Emerald Ridge Outdoor Weddings) N3954 640th Street Menomonie, Wisconsin 54751

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be in a mostly enclosed pavilion. Please plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

No later than 3:15 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available.

Is there a safe ride back and forth from the reception to the hotel?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttle busses running back and forth that will go to both Hotels. More details to come.

What type of meal will be served?

Answer

We will be doing an Italian Buffet. Don't worry- our venue will accommodate allergies (we just need to know of them).
