What time is the shuttle leaving the hotel for the ceremony?

Answer

The shuttle will be at the hotel around 1:45PM - 1:55 PM and will depart at 2:00 PM. There will two buses traveling guests to the Venue.

What time is the shuttle taking people back to the hotel?

Answer

The shuttle will run in intervals. The times the shuttle will be making trips will be 7:45PM, 9:00PM, 10:00PM, and 11:00PM. Depending on weather conditions, times might adjust slightly.

What food will be served for dinner?

Answer

We are having a buffet style dinner. The entrees will be tenderloin tips and Chicken. Sides will consist of mashed potatoes, gravy, red potatoes, mac and cheese, and a cold salad.

Are there stairs leading into the venue?

Answer

There are no stairs entering the venue nor are there stairs leading out the backside of the building. There are stairs inside but that is for the wedding party. No stairs need to be climbed to enter into the venue or to partake in our ceremony / reception.

Are children allow?

Answer

YES! Children are welcome! If you want to bring your child, please reach out to either Ashley or Alex and they can put them on the list.

When does the hotel room have to be booked?

Answer

The wedding block at the hotel is only being held until January 31st, 2025. If you book afterwards there will be a chance that there won't be rooms available or that the price might change.

What are the wedding party colors?

Answer

The wedding party will be in green and black.

What time should I be there?

Answer

The ceremony is to start at 3:00 PM. The event coordinator has been given permission to lock the doors at exact 3. If you are not through the doors before 3 then expect to have to wait outside till the ceremony is over.

Will there be free drinks?

Answer

There will be free drinks from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. After that, it will be a cash bar.
