We have secured a block of rooms for guests. Please click on 'View' below to be directed to the booking site. Bookings must be made by May 15th, as any unconfirmed rooms will be released at that time. Check in begins at 2:15pm. Please arrive dressed and ready to go, to simply drop your things off in your room, and board the shuttle bus by 2:45pm. We recommend calling the hotel directly the night before to inquire about earlier check in.

The shuttle bus will arrive at the hotel parking lot at 2:35pm. It will leave to the venue at 2:50pm sharp. The trip duration is 15-20 minutes. The shuttle bus will make two rounds to bring guests back to the hotel - 11:00pm and 1:00am. Announcements will be made. Please note that taxis are unreliable in small towns and Uber is not available.
