Ashley and Zach met in 2017 working for the Los Angeles Angels. They became close during their time working for the team and towards the end, they started to spend a lot of time together. They spent most of their free time frequenting sporting events, cooking and trying out new restaurants on dinner dates. After their time at the Angels ended, they became an official couple and the rest is history!

It was a normal Saturday for Ashley as she was getting ready to go golfing with Zach and a couple of his friends, Blake and Sam. The three of them were all in on the plan and making Ashley believe that this was a normal round of golf for the first 13 holes - for all you golfers out there, imagine how hard that was! As we approached the 14th hole, Ashley and Zach walked up the secluded path to the elevated tee box. Ashley started to notice rose petals on the path and she said "Zach, I think someone is getting engaged!" Zach didn't say anything back, but once they got up to the tee box, Ashley saw more rose petals on the ground and the sign that said "Will you Marry Me" and she turned to Zach and said "wait I think someone really is getting engaged" to which Zach responded, "maybe it's us." Ashley proceeds to go into shock and he grabs her hand and bring her in the heart shaped rose petals and got down on one knee and proposed! Once the proposal happened, Ashley's friend, Marissa came out of hiding and surprised her along with Blake and Sam. We finished the round and on the 18th green our families were waiting for us to celebrate.
