Question

When should I make a deposit for my room?

Answer

If you are able to make a deposit when you receive your Save the Date that would be great! Scan the QR code inside your Save the Date envelope which will take you to the website where you will be able to book your room. We ask that you please make a deposit NO LATER THAN November 4th 2024. We understand that some guests may not be able to guarantee that they will be attending so far in advance, however, due to increased room rates we are unable to take deposits past this date and as much as we want everyone to attend we understand some guests simply cannot committ. **PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO CANCEL AT ANYTIME AS LONG AS YOU PURCHASE INSURANCE**

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We will NOT be sending any RSVP invites. The Save the Date you receive serves as an invite. Please refer to the QR codes provided inside your Save the Dates which will take you to the designated sites for further information. Again we kindly ask that you MAKE A DEPOSIT no later than 11/4/2024 to secure your room at your resort of choice. We strongly encourage our guests to purchase insurance in the event that you are unsure that you will absolutely be able to attend. **PLEASE NOTE THAT DATE OF FINAL PAYMENT TOWARDS YOUR ROOM IS DUE MAY 30th 2025**

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, plus ones cannot be accommodated for ANY OF THE WEDDING EVENTS. Therefore, we ask that our guests refrain from bringing a plus one unless they are specifically listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding! Desafortunadamente, debido a limitaciones de espacio, no se pueden acomodar personas adicionales. Por lo tanto, solicitamos a nuestros invitados que se abstengan de traer un acompañante a menos que aparezcan específicamente en su invitación. ¡Gracias por entender!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your children, please be advised that ALL of our wedding events will be adults-only. We hope you understand and will join us in a kid-free celebration! Do we need a passport?

Yes. Please make sure that your passport is up to date at least 6 months before arrival!

When should we check in?

We have kept this open to your personal preference. We understand that this is also a vacation for our guests! However, we ask that our guests respect that we may not be available to spend time with everyone prior to the wedding events. We also want to ensure our guests have enough time to settle in before the wedding festivities so we hope to have everyone checked in no later than 11/09/2025.

Can we stay/book somewhere else?

Unfortunately due to contractual restrictions our guests must book their stay at one of the two resorts we have provided information for.

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Answer

Yes! All accommodations provided are all-inclusive please refer to the "Resorts and Travel Information" tab for more information on each resort.

What is the dress code for the wedding ceremony & reception?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get all dressed up with us! We simply ask that our guests do not wear sneakers or jeans and please avoid wearing any colors reserved for the bride such as creams, nudes, ivory and whites. Seeing as to how our wedding is in a colorful destination we hope to see everyone in their most vibrant our colors! ¡Nos encantaría ver a nuestra familia y amigos disfrazarse con nosotros! Simplemente pedimos a nuestros invitados que no usen zapatillas ni jeans y eviten usar colores reservados para la novia como cremas, nudes, marfiles y blancos. Dado que nuestra boda es en un destino colorido, ¡esperamos verlos a todos en sus colores más vibrantes!
