When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by March 1st, 2023. It will all be done online on this website. Please click the RSVP tab. Nothing needs to be mailed back to us.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Can guests bring kids?

Children of immediate family only, please.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

There will be limited parking spaces in the lot of the venue, but also we will be reserving parking which require a parking permit. Please contact Nima or Ashley the week of to obtain a permit. If you are not driving, we suggest ordering an Uber/Lyft/Taxi. Note that our wedding is on a weekday, so please plan ahead for traffic.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our venue has large sliding glass doors that open up to a grassy outdoor area where we will be having our ceremony. For the reception, we will head inside and eventually close the sliding glass doors as the sun sets.

What will the weather be this time of year?

Answer

Typical weather in April is in the mid-60s, and a bit cooler at night (upper 50s.)

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Cocktail hour will take place in the same general area the ceremony was held where we will offer an open bar and hors d'oeuvres will be served. During this time, the wedding party will be taking photos and the inside of our venue will be prepared for the reception.

What are the details for dinner?

Answer

We will be having a plated dinner. When you RSVP you will choose an option of chicken, beef short rib, or pasta (vegetarian.)
