We will have seating for both the ceremony and reception assigned, and will present you with those assignments the day of the wedding.

Unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope, we cannot accommodate plus ones. Envelopes will have all names of invited parties, or for those allowed a guest, it will say (your name) & guest.
We do not plan on having a traditional wedding. If this makes you feel uncomfortable, you are free to decline your invitation. Any negative comments during our big day will not be tolerated and we will ask you to leave.
The dress code is Formal with Black Tie optional. No jeans please! We also kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally worn by the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. The weather in Colorado is unpredictable and we will have umbrellas ready in the event it rains, but expect a nice 60-70 degree weather for the day.
Each invitation has a physical RSVP that we'd like you to use. If there is any reason as to why this cannot be sent back, we have a digital RSVP set up on our website for your convenience. We ask that all RSVPs be sent back by March 5, 2026 to ensure we get the correct final headcount to the venue.
The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors.
We will be starting the ceremony promptly at 6:00pm. Guests are recommended to arrive around 5:30pm Any guests arriving after that time frame will be asked to wait until it is over. They will still be allowed into the reception, thank you for understanding!
Our ceremony will be entirely unplugged, and we ask that all phones and cameras be put away and no pictures or videos taken! You are more than welcome to take photos and videos during the reception.
