Parking will be located at the Cozy Dell Trailhead Parking Lot - 15150 Maricopa Hwy, Ojai, CA 93023. Heading north on Maricopa Hwy, the parking lot will be on your left with a large sign saying "Cozy Dell Trail". Please DO NOT park at the "Friend's Ranches" parking lot which is further ahead on the right. A shuttle will be available beginning at 2pm to transport you from the Cozy Dell parking lot to the ceremony site. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm, so please try to arrive at the shuttle pick up between 2-2:45pm to allow sufficient time to travel up to the ceremony site. When you arrive at the ceremony site, please come straight into the back yard (entrance on the side). We share a driveway with the neighbor, so out of respect for the neighbors, we ask that you come straight into the yard without loitering on the driveway. After the wedding ceremony, the shuttle will be available to drop you back off at your car.
Dressy casual to semi-formal attire with comfortable shoes. The entire ceremony will take place outdoors on the lawn so high heels are not recommended (wedges or flats are ideal). Bug spray is also highly recommended!
Inform the host you are with "Eric and Ashley's party" and you will be shown to our reserved area where you can eat and drink to your heart's content :). Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served from 5-6PM, followed by dinner at 6PM.
There is no formal seating arrangement as we were hoping this would be a more casual experience. Current dinner arrangement is outdoors with a long communal table seating approximately 30 people. If you feel uncomfortable/unsafe with this in light of COVID, please let us know and we will try to arrange a separate table apart from the larger group.
