We’re so excited to celebrate with you!

David and Ashley met one of the first few weeks of college and became friends. Ashley switched out of David’s 8:00 am Biology class because it was too early for her but they attended the first study session together. Ashley told David “I come here every week,” so David started showing up every week. From David walking Ashley back to her dorm room in 3 feet of snow and many encounters on campus, they became inseparable & the rest is history. Ashley and David wanted to try out a new restaurant and explore one weekend in January. They got ready and the plan was to go explore Point State Park and then go out for dinner but during the drive over there Ashley stated that she didn’t remember if she turned off her straightener. David knowing Ashley always does this said it is probably fine, let’s keep going but Ashley said she would be paranoid all night if they didn’t go back. They went back and of course the straightener was off but Ashley was getting hungry and it was getting late so Ashley suggested going to dinner first. Change of plans! Dinner ended up being over 3 hours long at the Melting Pot and they were both so full that Ashley wanted to go home and relax. David convinced Ashley to explore with him. As they were walking around, Ashley pointed to a spot and said “isn’t this where you stood for your high school senior pictures?” When she turned around David was on his knee! Surprise!
