You will want to stay in the Cruz Bay area of St. John. The ceremony will take place at Trunk Bay and the reception will follow at a venue by the Ferry Dock.

American Airlines has the best cost for flights. Southwest will start flying to St. Thomas in January as well and I think they just started booking.
