Bridesmaids: Please wear something that won’t show under a robe!
Transportation will be provided for wedding party. We will do a venue tour and ceremony walk-through when we first arrive.
12:30 pm
A light lunch will be provided for wedding party!
Please bring snacks if you think you will need them to hold you over from lunch to dinner at 7pm.
2:45 pm - 3:45 pm
Please be fully dressed and photo-ready by 2:45 pm.
This will include (in order): groom and parents photos, groom and groomsmen, bride and parents photos, bride and bridesmaids
4:30 pm
Guests: Please wear neutral colors (not champagne or white).
The venue does not have an indoor gathering area and is limited to space in the bridal/groom suite. Because of this, we ask all guests to please arrive no earlier than 4:30 pm.
5:00 pm
There will be a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony with passed hors d’oeuvres.
5:30 pm
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm
We will be in the sand, please bring a pair of comfortable beach shoes if you choose.
Dinner, dancing, and open bar. Transportation will be provided back to Barceló Maya Beach Resort at 11pm.
