Ashley and Carly both grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio—attending rival high schools (Wyoming and Indian Hill). Life had other plans, though, and brought them over 225 miles away from home to attend college at The University of Akron. There, fate stepped in: they both joined Kappa Kappa Gamma and quickly became close friends. It didn’t take long before they realized their connection ran deeper. What started with a shared hometown, similar paths, and a sorority sisterhood turned into something so much more. Over the years, their bond grew—from friends to roommates… and then to partners 😉. They spent five years away from Cincinnati, building a life together in Akron before eventually moving back home. Through living with family again, navigating COVID, and Ashley moving away to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, their relationship not only endured but strengthened. After nearly a decade of love, laughter, and growth, Ashley and Carly now share a cozy home in Hyde Park with their cat, Poppy, and dog, Reagan. They love exploring Cincinnati, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with their favorite people. Together, they’ve adventured through 13 states, 8 countries, and 3 continents—with top memories in London (2024), Banff (2025), and Alaska (2025) to visit friends. Whether it’s a new dish, a new destination, or just a new weekend plan, they cherish trying new things side-by-side. Now, after nearly 10 years, they're ready to make it forever.
