Guest arrival begins at 4:00 PM. Please enjoy Lovers Lane, a romantic, open-air entrance along the Tuscan Path featuring curated engagement imagery. You may take photos or enjoy the moment before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. The venue includes grass, stone, and pebbled pathways. Comfortable shoes, wedges, or elegant flats are recommended.
Most guests will arrive via: Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV) – ~30 min Orlando International Airport (MCO) – ~1.5–2 hrs Tampa International Airport (TPA) – ~1.5–2 hrs Rental cars are highly recommended, as rideshare options may be limited in the area. Guests may use a golf cart shuttle from the parking lot to the ceremony area or enjoy a leisurely walk down Lovers Lane.
Cocktail Attire / Garden Formal — Shades of Blue (no teal or turquoise) We invite you to wear soft powder to deep navy tones in polished silhouettes. Please choose comfortable, weather-appropriate fabrics, as both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Late October evenings in Florida tend to be warm, so breathable materials are especially recommended.
Yes. We kindly ask that all devices be silenced and put away. Professional photographers will capture the moments.
Our wedding will include only immediate family and children in the wedding party; due to limited space, we kindly ask that no additional children attend. Beginning at 8:30 PM, the celebration transitions from Holy to After Dark. The music, entertainment, and energy of the reception will become more geared toward an adult audience. Parents and guardians are welcome to decide whether their children stay and celebrate with us for the remainder of the evening.
