FAQs

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There are two options. You can either mail back the RSVP card in the provided envelope or you may RSVP directly on this Website on the main page.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 7, 2024. The earlier the better! You can RSVP in the RSVP tab.

Question

What if I don’t RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will have turned in our final numbers to the venue. We will not be able to accommodate any last minute guests.

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The wedding ceremony starts at 5pm. We recommend arriving early enough to find a seat and socialize before the ceremony begins

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Parking is located at our venue. Once entering through the gate, follow the road up and follow the sign that states “Parking”.

Question

What do I do if I’m late to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are late to the ceremony, please do not walk down the aisle to find a seat. While we want all of our family and friends there, we would appreciate it if you would either stand off to the side or wait to join us at our cocktail hour & reception. We thank you for understanding.

Question

Can we take photos/Videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a persons phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony and exit, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!

Question

Are there hotel options?

Answer

We will be having a hotel block at Best western in Murrieta. Just minutes away from the venue. https://www.bestwestern.com/en_US/book/hotel-rooms.05456.html?groupId=Z84WD5S4

Question

Will everyone be allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Not everyone will be able to bring a plus one. While we wish we could accommodate everyone with a plus one, our venue has a cap of the amount of guests we can have. It will be indicated on your envelope if you can bring a plus one. The envelope will say “and guest”. If your envelope says this, then yes, you can bring a plus one.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see everyone all dressed up. Semi formal cocktail attire. Please avoid wearing jeans and flip flops.

Question

Are there colors we should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride-whites, ivory’s & creams.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will be having an open bar. It will consist of beer and specialty cocktails, along with non alcoholic choices as well. Keep in mind, the venue has a “no shot” policy.

Question

What if I have too good of a time partying?

Answer

As we are all celebrating, if you feel too many drinks have been consumed, the venue is big on the safety of everyone. Both us and the venue encourage taking Uber or Lyft back to your accommodations. Cars may be left at the venue overnight. They will, however, need to be picked up by 9am the next morning.
