Please note that the property is private so the only one in is to get the coach pick up at the i-site in matamata (or the Shires rest if you are leaving the party early).
1:50 Guests arrive at the I-site Matamata, 45 Broadway
2:00pm - Hobbiton coaches collect guests from Matamata i-site
2:15 pm - self driving guests to be at the Shires rest no later than 2:15pm, 501 Buckland road, Hinuera
3:00 pm - Ceremony begins
3:30pm - Drinks, canapes, and lawn games
4:25pm - Fully guided tour of Hobbiton Movie set
5:55pm - Finish tour at The Green Dragon Inn and pre-dinner drinks
6:25 pm - mains are served
7:25 pm - cake cutting
7:30 pm - Speeches
8:00 pm - dessert is served
PARTY TIME
8:30 - 9ish - Early leaving self drivers to be driven back to the Shires rest
11:45 pm - last drinks are served
12:00 am Departure back to the matamata i-site
