What is the dress code for the occasion?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal attire for our special day. This means dressing up a bit more than usual to match the elegance of the occasion. Guests are to AVOID wearing WHITE. For women - A floor-length gown is the classic choice for formal attire, but a sophisticated midi dress or a tailored pantsuit works beautifully as well. Accessorize with heels or dressy flats. Avoid casual sundresses, short skirts, jeans or sneakers. For men - A formal suit with a dress shirt, a tie and polished dress shoes is perfect. Avoid casual items like sneakers or jeans to keep the look refined.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of a few family members' children.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, the invite would have been addressed to you and your partner when sent. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, feel free to snap as many photos as you like.

How can I get to and from the venue?

Answer

If you are driving, there is ample parking available at the venue. Alternatively if you have booked accommodation in Heidelberg, we will have shuttles bringing guests to and from the venue throughout the day.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors while the cocktail hour/canapes will be outdoors. Please bring something warm as it might get chilly in the evening.

What type of bar can be expected?

Answer

Please note that there will be a cash bar. The venue is a cashless facility and will only accept card payments.
