What is the Dress Code?

For this special day, we would love to see our friends in Western Formal/Cocktail Attire. Our vision is a mix of your Rodeo Best, the beauty of a Moonlit Forest with a dash of Morticia Addams. We encourage dark, earth and jewel tones such as: dark greens, black, brown, burgundy and plum. Jeans and denim are appropriate. Please account for the unpredictable North Texas weather as rain is more common this time of year. Our venue has lots of gravel and grass fields, please be mindful of that for footwear choices (cowboy boots are encouraged)!

What is the RSVP Deadline?

Please Reply no later than August 1st. If no answer is given by that date, we will assume you are unable to attend.

What if I Can’t Attend?

Answer

Please reply to the RSVP as “not attending” by the deadline. If you are unable to attend after you have marked yourself as attending, please contact one of us ASAP.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Please arrive and ideally be seated by 1:30 PM, the ceremony doors will close at 1:45 so the ceremony can start promptly at 2PM.

Where Do We Park?

Answer

There is free, on-site parking at the venue. Please see our venue’s website for a downloadable map of the area. Both the Ceremony and the Reception are being held at the same location.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

Your invitation will specifically include the names of the children that are invited. We encourage those attending to use our event as a “night out” or “weekend getaway.”

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests specifically listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

Is it an Open Bar?

Yes! Please show appreciation to our awesome bar staff provided by our wonderful venue with any tips! Last call will be at 10:30 PM.

**Venue Safety**

Items such as glitter, glue, hay, confetti, silk flower petals, rice and flammable objects are strictly prohibited at our venue. Please help us keep our venue beautiful! Alcohol may not be consumed in parking lots of the venue. Outside alcohol is prohibited in the event spaces per our venue agreement. Jellystone Wichita Falls reserves the right to request proof of age from every guest. Firearms are not permitted. Fighting will NOT be tolerated. It will result in being removed from the premises. Please use designated smoking areas around the venue, marijuana/THC Products and other illegal substances are strictly prohibited. We ask that everyone abide by the rules set by Jellystone Park. Failure to follow these notices can result in the loss of our deposit and possibly early termination of our event. ANYONE found to be in violation of our venue’s policies will be asked to leave. The violator(s) will also be responsible for damages/loss of deposit as compensation for the bride and groom. Jellystone Park reserves the right to remove anyone from their premises.
