It’s finally happening

Dominic and I met in junior high, I was an 8th grader and he was a 7th grader. We had a few mutual friends who rode the same bus and lived on the same street but other than that we had never talked. One morning I was getting off of the bus to walk into the junior high and as I walked through the junior high doors there was Dominic standing with my bestfriend at the time Brittany. I walked over to Brittany and talked for alittle bit, I think i might have said Hi to Dom but other than that Dom and I just looked at eachother, no words exchanged but something felt weird, a feeling I have never felt in my life (cheesy I know.) So Dominic leaves to walk into the cafeteria and I stood there and continued to talk to Brittany for alittle bit. Awhile after, I walk into the cafeteria to go into the gymnasium so I could wait for the bell to ring and as I’m walking through the cafeteria Dom and I catch eachothers eye again! He’s all the way across the other side of the cafeteria from where I am and he is just staring 😂. As I’m almost to the gymnasium I’m thinking to myself, this kid is a weirdo lol! After school that same day, Brittany had given Dom my number and since then its been history lol! We had made things official on May. 20. 2012 and from that day on our love for eachother just grew and grew. We would talk everyday, he’d wait for me after school, we would walk around our neighborhood together constantly ( we also found out we only lived a street or two down from eachother) we were basically as inseperable as we could be. Who knew 10 years later down the road we would be engaged and getting married THIS year!
