A coach bus will be provided to shuttle guests from hotel to The Bell Event Center for the ceremony and from The Bell to Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse for the cocktail hour and reception. Approximate pickup times at the hotels are as follows... FIRST DEPARTURE: 3:30 PM - The Lytle Park Hotel directly to The Bell Event Center SECOND DEPARTURE: 3:50 PM - The Hilton Netherland Plaza to... 4:00 PM - The Lytle Park Hotel directly to The Bell.

A shuttle will transport guests after the ceremony to the cocktail hour and reception at Jeff Ruby's. Trips will be made, as necessary.
