Enjoy the outdoors? Great! Us too. There are tons of hiking locations easily accessible from all recommended accommodations. Try Sugar Loaf for an iconic view of Marquette!

Canyon Falls

Little Presque - another excellent hiking opportunity just a short drive North of Sugar Loaf Mountain.

Sick of hiking or trying out some of the mountain bike trails? Be sure to check out local breweries around town! They truly do serve "superior" beer!

If you are lucky, you may just catch a glimpse of a meteor shower or the aurora borealis. Here you will find them over Wetmore Landing, a great destination for swimming and again, hiking!

Be sure to check out the downtown food scene! For a small town, Marquette has a TON to offer. You will find some of our favorite places at The Vierling, The Delft, Sol Azteca, and the Portside!

We would be doing a disservice without showcasing Marquette at its prime - in the winter! The UP 200 is an Iditarod qualifier.

Lastly, you cannot leave Marquette without checking out a sunset from Sunset Point on Presque Isle.
