Schedule of our day: 3:00 PM – Coach collection -Please arrive at the collection point 15 minutes early, as transport will depart promptly at 3:00 PM - Location details and contact details to follow. 4:00 PM – Arrival at the venue & welcome drinks ❥ Guests seated for the ceremony ❥ Aperitifs / Cocktail reception ❥ Dinner is served ❥ Let the party begin! 2:00 AM – Coaches depart back to Florence Drop-off at the same location as collection
