Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 15, 2026. This allows us to finalize our seating chart and catering details with our venue. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate RSVPs submitted after this date.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by March 15, 2026, we will mark your response as “not attending.” Due to venue and catering requirements, we must provide a final guest count in advance and are unable to accommodate late RSVPs. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to celebrate with you another time.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 2:30 pm for our 3:00 pm ceremony. We ask that all guests be in their seats by 2:45 pm so we can start on time. Guests arriving after the ceremony begins will be seated at the start of cocktail hour. We want to enjoy this special moment with all of you, so thank you for planning accordingly!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will indicate if a plus one is included, or we’ll let you know directly. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at a local hotel. Please visit the Travel page on our website for details.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has plenty of parking for friends and family. There is a lot directly across the street and an overflow lot. A golf cart will also be available to shuttle guests to and from the parking areas.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be completely unplugged. Please put away all phones and devices before it begins so everyone can be fully present. Our photographer will capture every moment and we’ll share the photos afterward. Thank you for respecting this request — it means more to us than you know!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception indoors, so dress accordingly!
