COVID-19 Plans

Answer

In light of COVID-19, we want to let you know your health and safety are our top priority. We're continuing to monitor the situation and moving forward as planned. We appreciate your understanding during this time and assure you we will keep you all updated with any changes or restrictions. Our ceremony and reception are open air and outdoors which will allow for spacing of guests naturally. Our venue is well versed in the health and safety of guests and will be taking extra steps to minimize congregating, contact between guests, etc. If you are not able to attend, we completely understand.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

In order to allow all guests; including any parents, an evening of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding reception after the ceremony to be an adult only occasion. Thank you!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the venue to hotel?

Answer

We are currently working to book a shuttle service from Meadow Ridge Events to Holiday Inn Express AFTER the reception is over. We will continue to keep you updated about this! We have looked into Uber or Lyft for guests to use at their leisure, but rides are very far and few between in the rural area of our venue.
