Wedding block will close April 17, 2025; after this date, the discounted rate will no longer be available. If you prefer to arrive early, it is highly recommended to reserve a room the night prior. Early check-in Fees may apply. Late check-out is subject to advanced approval and availability. If arranged and approved in advance a fee of $15 per hour will apply up to 2PM. Cancelation policy Individuals booking reservations are entitled to free cancelation up to 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. Guest’s canceling their reservation inside of the 72-hour policy will forfeit their advance deposit (first night’s room and tax). If guests prefer to book their reservations via the phone, they may call 1-800-HARRAHS (1-800-427-7247) and mention your group code: S0517HK. NOTE: All call-in reservations are subject to a $10 processing fee. All reservations will require a deposit via credit card for the first night’s room charge and tax. The daily amenity fee of $15 (plus the current room tax) per room, per night, will be assessed on the final bill at check-out. This fee includes unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi access, use of our fitness center and free hotel self-parking. Valid photo identification and credit card are required by all guests at check-in. A $75 refundable incidental deposit will be assessed per stay.
