Ashlee and I began our life’s journey on June 12th 2016. We said hello to each other for the first time at a local Irish Pub and Eatery, where a colleague and personal friend introduced me to her. To be clear, I came across her photo on social media a month prior to our meet and greet. I said Jeremiah, She is absolutely stunning, I want to meet her. A few weeks later, and we are getting to know each other atop the Portland Ferris wheel enjoying the city’s skyline and ocean views. After finding each other hilarious and entertaining, and she finding me dreamy and ruggedly handsome, with a Christ like Ora, we decided to start formally dating and dreamed of continuing the fun and good times. The next two years consisted of Travel to my home state of Washington to meet my mother. We vacationed up and down the East Coast taking in culture, music, food, plenty of cheese and always seeming to find a way to the ocean or a body of water. Some how combining my love for the Ocean and Ash together made my life renewed and full of possibilities. Ashlee has spent her time re-building me into a socially acceptable young man, that can grow with her and her fast paced - rapid career advancement. Enjoying her home time with our puppies Moose & Penny, outdoor adventures and trips to Florida to see friends and family. We have built a strong foundation and strong love, acceptance and understanding for one another that mutually binds us together with respect, trust, foresight, and willingness to keep pushing forward. I took our puppies and Ash down to one of our local spots along the Atlantic Ocean on the 26th of October. While the sun was touching the horizon line along the water, I turned to my best friend and asked her to spend the rest of her life with me. She said yes, with tears of love and joy–much to my excitement. The rest of our story is still to be told.
