He is a cool dude. Just so happens he is soon to be my Brother-in-law too. Kenneth and I first met when I came to the church to pick up a drum set. Unknowing who I was I proceeded to explain to him that I was not in fact a robber and that I was Janice Searles son. After moving back to Ponca City, Kenneth invited me to go paintballing with the youth and our friendship grew from there. He is also accredited for opening the door for me and Ashlee to start talking about that, but don’t let him know that. ;D

Sisters are built in best friends!! I am proud of all my family and so grateful for each of them. It has been SO fun having you and your little family move back to serve and work at Connect Church together. Thank you Aprille for saying yes to being my Matron of Honor. I had the honor of being Maid of Honor in her wedding and it truly is an honor having you join me and Christian for our wedding day.

Zach is just an awesome guy with an awesome last name that I will not be attempting to spell at this time. He can be quiet but when he does speak he brings a sense of humor that everyone loves. His ability to bring people together in ways that are outside of the box are what make him not only a good father and husband but also a good friend. His movie knowledge is so vast and I feel bad for the references he has to explain but I look forward to letting him expand my cinematic knowledge.

The word brother encompasses a lot of things, it’s something like a friend but with a much deeper meaning. I’m thankful for the friend I have in my older brother Joe. Although we don’t get to talk much, when we are together we pick up right where we left off. We enjoy a very similar dry sense of humor and seem to feed off of each others laughter and jokes. It seems to be habit for younger brothers to brag about their older brothers to people but Joe makes it pretty easy.

The first time I met Ryan, ironically enough, was at his wedding. I remember when Ashlee invited me to play at her friends wedding and little did I know that what seems like a few short years later the rolls would be reversed. I know that Ashlee and Ashley share a very close friendship and I look forward to becoming better friends with Ryan. Ashlee and I have had so many praying for us and backing us and Ryan has been a huge part of that.

You win longest best friend award!! 26yrs and counting. We have been through the peaks and valleys of life together and I couldn't ask for a better supporter through lifes journeys. Axel and I first met on a college retreat for the music group we were both apart of. We definitely shared our wilder and woolier college moments together but amidst all of it we both shared a love and faith for God and a passion for music. One of my favorite memories was when he invited me to play guitar for his worship team at a Spanish church. Its amazing to me that even though I didn’t understand the lyrics I still felt the presence of God in that room. I know whenever I need a laugh I can count on him and I’m thankful for the friendship we share.

My mom taught you in children's church, you grew up being one of Michaela's best friends, you have been a huge blessing/coworker/friend to Aprille and our family has loved your family for our entire lives. When I first met Dave I knew we were going to be fast friends. His out of the box thinking, outgoing and eclectic personality are what make him who he is. He often leaves us saying “Oh Dave” but we wouldn’t take him any other way. I enjoy our excited discussions about guns and late night trips to Stillwater to get wataburger in full wataburger attire. Everyone has a friend that they can rely on 100 percent of the time and I’m thankful that I can call on Dave knowing that anything between moving a couch to just hanging out like a couple of goof balls, he’ll be there.
