The Ceremony will begin punctually at 4:20 PM, please arrive no later than 4:10 PM to ensure that you are seated in time.
We request that you silence and put away your cell phones during the Ceremony as we'd like everyone to be present with us. We will be doing a social media minute to allow guests to capture a photo after the processionals, but once that is done please silence and put your phones away. We chose our photographers for a reason - and they will photoshop a hotdog in your hand if they capture a shot with you on your phone!
Please submit your RSVP by April 20, 2025! Our vendors are strict on getting the final headcount at this time. If we don't receive your RSVP by April 20, you will be marked as regretfully declining.
Dress your wedding best! We request that you wear Semi-Formal attire. This means men in suits, and ladies please avoid short dresses. The property entrance is hard packed dirt, our ceremony site is grassy, and the reception is concrete so please keep that in mind when picking your shoes! Ladies, please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or champaign tones. Men, please refrain from wearing jeans.
Parking for cars is free in the main lot (between HMOC and Mitchell Child Development Center), located off of Harvard St. Please use the lot located next to the Mitchell Child Development center, and avoid the Employee / Bus entrance as we are not allowed to park back there.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear on the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!
Yes! Please let Ashlee or Cameron know of any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can coordinate that with our caterer.
Yes - both the Ceremony & Reception will be outside. Please dress accordingly and remember to check the weather conditions leading up to the event! Please also keep in mind that some areas of the venue are hard packed dirt or grass.
We will have lawn games that will be accessible during Cocktail hour & the Reception! Please also make a point to visit the blacksmith towards the rear of the venue, as they will have a surprise for you! Please note that we only have the blacksmith for 2 hours starting with cocktail hour.
