What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:00pm sharp. Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside meanwhile cocktail hour, dinner and reception will be indoors.

When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 14th, 2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. We are requesting cocktail attire for the evening. Please also refrain from wearing white & champagne. Polo Fields has requested; “Gentlemen apparel to include at a minimum, business casual attire of slacks and a collared shirt that is tucked in. Ladies are permitted to wear casual/evening gowns, business suits or slacks and shirts with collar if without sleeves, and with sleeves if without collar. If this policy is violated, Polo Fields Golf & Country Club reserves the right to ask any such guest to exit the Clubs premises.”

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have a food allergy, please inform the bride or groom as soon as possible so we can ensure your safety and comfort during the celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking is available for all guests attending our ceremony and reception.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’d love for you to be fully present — our ceremony will be unplugged. Please keep phones/cameras away until the reception.
