Where is the wedding?

Our wedding and reception will be held at Galway Downs in Temecula, California.

Flying to our wedding?

Answer

What is the itinerary?

Answer

Guests should arrive no later than 5:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 6:00pm. The reception will conclude at 11:00pm.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We will be having an unplugged ceremony and have an amazing photographer to take pictures for us. You will have plenty of time during the reception to take photos on your phone.

What is the Dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Dressy Casual. Attire may range from Jeans for men to summer dresses for women. Cowboy boots are acceptable. (Cowboy hats are only to be worn by groom and groomsmen). If you're uncertain please don't hesitate to reach out to Ashlee or Brendan.

Can I bring an additional guest or a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a limit on how many guests we can have at the wedding and reception. Brendan and I both have large families and a ton of amazing friends but unfortunately we don't have the ability to include everyone we had hoped to. We can only accomodate who is listed on the invitation. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. If you didn't receive a plus one we apologize deeply and we appreciate your understanding.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

As much as we would love your little ones to be there with us, only children on the invite ages 11 and up will be in attendance of our wedding. We want you to be able to enjoy your night as a couple.

Is the wedding going to be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors with limited shade in the area. The reception will be mostly indoors with some outside area access. Please plan accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar during cocktail hour for one hour only. All drinks after must be purchased by guests ages 21+ with a valid ID.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

There will be appetizers served during cocktail hour. Dinner will be served buffet style. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions please reach out by May 10, 2025.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking for our guests.
