Our ceremony will be starting at 2pm, so it’d be best to arrive no later than 1:30pm.
Yes, the dress code is semi- formal fitting for the wintertime. We want to see everyone dressed to the nines! Semi-Formal Attire: Men: Suits Women: Semi-formal or cocktail style dresses *Please no jeans, denim pants, active wear, sneakers, or any white/cream clothing.*
There is a Hilton Garden Inn close to the wedding venue (Winchester, VA). We recommend anyone who is traveling from out of state or far from the venue to book there for close proximity and easy transportation time to/from the venue.
We love our little family members so much, however we do respectfully request that the ceremony & reception be kid free. We hope you take advantage of this fun night out!
As much as we’d love to see everyone, we understand if you’re unable to attend & we will surely miss your presence. For those not commuting to the venue via hotel shuttle, there will be parking on the right side of the venue, next to the hair salon shack.

Yes! The ceremony will be taking place downstairs in the beautiful chapel space. Afterwards, everyone will be invited back upstairs for cocktail hour and then the reception.
Since it’ll be prime winter season, our ceremony and reception will be indoors. Gonna be nice &toasty!
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by the reception where we’ll have food stations with several types of cuisine to choose from.
