We met in 2015 at Eastern University during chapel. We started talking and hit it off immediately. Shortly after meeting, we went on our first date to the Great American Pub and many dates came afterwords. We went through surgeries, transfers, law schools, and more but we stuck together and we're here to stay.

When it came to our 2.5 year mark, we made plans to go back to the Great American Pub for lunch that weekend. We walked through Eastern University where we first met, ate lunch where we had our first date, sat by the lake where we decided to "go steady," walked through the buildings where we used to study together, and remembered how it all started, and talked about where it had gone since. We then travelled to Peace Valley Lake and stood on the bridge (my favorite place). He then got down on one knee and asked me to marry him and I said yes! We went to a celebratory wine tasting, and then he took me to my aunt's house where he had gathered our closest friends to celebrate our engagement. We are so excited to take this next step together and face the trials of life together, and we are so excited to share our special day with you, our wonderful friends and family.
