The closest major airport is Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), about 1–1.5 hours from the venue. Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) is another convenient option, approximately 2 hours away.

At this time, we do not have a hotel room block reserved. Guests are welcome to choose accommodations that best fit their needs and budget.

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. Should inclement weather arise, alternative arrangements will be made.

We ask guests to dress in a “Masters-inspired” garden and country club style. Think dress pants and a button-down or polo for men, and cocktail dresses or sundresses for women. Light, soft colors like pastels are encouraged. Please avoid jeans and overly casual clothing.

We’re so sad you won’t be able to celebrate with us! Please select “Will not attend” under the RSVP section after searching your name.

When you RSVP, simply select your preferred entrée - chicken or salmon - using the dropdown menu next to your attendance response. Already submitted your RSVP? No problem. You can update your meal selection anytime by selecting "Edit RSVP" and choosing from the dropdown menu. If left blank, we'll reserve a chicken entrée for you.

We'll be serving chicken and salmon for dinner. Please share any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, and we'll do our best to ensure there's a meal for everyone to enjoy.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. We kindly ask guests to arrive between 4:30 and 4:50 p.m.

Maple Dale offers ample parking throughout the property, with additional parking available on the old tennis courts.

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that our photographers can capture every moment without distraction. We’d love for you to be fully present with us - once the ceremony ends, feel free to take and share as many photos as you’d like!

After the ceremony, we invite guests to enjoy light hors d'oeuvres, refreshments, and conversation before a night of dinner, dancing, and celebration.
