We both attended the University of North Dakota and lived in the same dormitory on the same floor. Previously, we had seen each other around but hadn't introduced ourselves. In November of 2021, we added each other on social media and started talking. We planned a date to see the northern lights together a day after we started talking. That night, we were up until 3 AM watching the lights. Three days following this date, we made it official. Since then, we both knew we were each other's happily ever after.
