Uber is a cost effective option for navigating the Miami traffic. Of course a rental car is an option as well, but be mindful of having to pay for parking.

Any hotel on Collins St. would be close to the wedding location, beaches, dining, etc. The wedding is located at 46th and Collins. South Beach (more expensive) is located south of 23rd St. and Miami Beach (more reasonable) is north of 23rd St.
