Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We absolutely love your children, however this will be an adult only celebration (the only exception will be children of age and the ones in the bridal party). If your child is invited their names will be on the RSVP tab. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal or cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony will be held outside.

Can I Bring A Date/Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on you wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. You can arrive as early as 2:30 pm. and no later than 3:15 pm. as the ceremony will start at 3:30 pm. This will allow the time for you to park, sign the guestbook, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP as early as possible (this will make Asharia's life so much easier!), but please no later than September 8th, 2026.

What If I Don't RSVP In Time?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue with an exact guest count by a certain date. So please RSVP as soon as possible and if you know you can't make it please select "no" so that we aware, thanks!

Are The Ceremony & Reception At The Same Location?

Yes! The ceremony will be held outside of the venue, and the cocktail hour and reception will follow at the same location inside the building.

Can I Take Photos and Videos During The Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we do not want any phones in our photos. Thank you! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you-get ready to celebrate, and don't forget to tip your bartender!

What Should I Do If I Have Dietary Restrictions?

Answer

No problem at all! Just let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. If you have any other questions or concerns regarding catering, please feel free to reach out to us directly!
