What should I wear?

Can I bring a plus one or my child?

To maintain the intimacy of our celebration, we kindly request that only the guests specifically named on the invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us create the wedding of our dreams!

What if I have an allergy?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please notify one of us immediately so we can work closely with our catering team to ensure your safety and comfort during the celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking in designated areas. Overnight parking is available along the front of the venue only. We ask that you please respect the landscape and remove vehicles from the property before 12noon on Friday April 17th.

Is there anything I should know about the venue?

Answer

At our venue, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to a few important guidelines. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited, and we request that alcoholic beverages remain within designated areas. While our property features a beautiful pond, swimming is strictly prohibited due to its significant depth of 19 feet. La Hacienda staff and security are committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, and they reserve the right to cancel the event if these guidelines are not followed.

Will there be a designated smoking area?

Answer

Smoking is exclusively permitted in the designated fire pit area. We kindly request that all smoking materials be disposed of only in the provided ashtrays. Do not throw waste into fire pit. Please note that discarding cigarette butts anywhere on the property may result in fines. As a reminder, cannabis is strictly prohibited in Texas and will not be allowed on the venue grounds. La Hacienda staff and security have the authority to cancel the event if these guidelines are not followed.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we'll have both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to help everyone celebrate! All drinks will be professionally served by bartenders, and we kindly ask that guests avoid shots or straight liquor. To ensure everyone's safety and compliance with venue regulations, there will be absolutely no underage drinking under any circumstances. La Hacienda staff and security are committed to maintaining a responsible and enjoyable environment for all our guests.

Out of respect for our venue and local regulations, we kindly request that guests refrain from cannabis use on the property. While we understand personal preferences, La Hacienda has strict policies, and any consumption could jeopardize our wedding celebration. If absolutely necessary, we ask that you enjoy cannabis at a location off the venue grounds to ensure the smooth and joyful experience of our special day.
