Please RSVP no later than 1st February 2027.
Please let Ash or Jordan know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements so we can ensure you’re able to enjoy the night.
A visa is required to travel to Bali, Indonesia. We recommend applying for your visa online before arriving into Denpasar to save time at the airport, especially during peak travel periods when queues can be long. You can submit your visa here: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/front/register/wna If you need any help with the application process, just ask Ash 😊
Although we love all of our friends’ children, we kindly ask that the ceremony and reception remain adults-only. We recommend arranging for a family member or nanny to care for little ones during this time.
The best airport to fly into is I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. From there, the easiest way to get to your accommodation is by using Gojek, which you can find just outside the customs exit. Alternatively, you can arrange a pickup directly with your villa or hotel for a smoother arrival.
We recommend staying in Seminyak at least on the day of the wedding (27th July 2027) to avoid heavy traffic getting to and from the venue. For accommodation, common platforms to search include Booking.com and Airbnb. You can book for July 2027 now, however, as it’s peak season in Bali, availability will become limited closer to the date.
We’ll be hosting welcome drinks at our villa in Seminyak — a great chance to catch up, meet new people, relax, and ease into the wedding week ahead. The ceremony will wrap up at 10pm due to curfew, with the after party continuing at bars around Seminyak. The next morning, we’ll be hosting a small recovery breakfast from 11am at Revolver Espresso.
If you’ve never been to Bali before, or want to plan some fun activities with friends who are visiting for the first time, head over to our “Activities” page to check out our top recommendations!
Food and drinks will be provided at the ceremony and reception on 27th July 2027.
