What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to dress in Formal / Black Tie Optional. For men, a dark suit and tie is perfect, though a tuxedo is welcome if you’d like to go all out. For women, long dresses, cocktail dresses, or other elegant evening attire are all appropriate. Most importantly, wear something you’ll feel comfortable celebrating in!

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Instead of a traditional registry, we’d love to honor a Vietnamese custom. Guests typically give a monetary gift (mừng cưới) in a card or envelope at the reception as a way of wishing the couple happiness and prosperity. Your presence is truly the greatest gift of all.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

No, but there will be parking available at both the ceremony and reception venue. Uber/Lyft are encouraged.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We did not reserve a hotel block, but we’ve included a list of nearby hotels as options on our Travel page. We recommend booking early to secure your spot.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, and they are absolutely welcome to join us! That said, if you’re able to arrange a night out without them, we encourage it so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration to the fullest. If you do plan to bring your children, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to get settled.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We’ll be serving a traditional Vietnamese 8-course banquet meal, presented family-style at each table. Dishes will be shared among guests, a variety of seafood, meat, vegetables, rice, and noodles, so come hungry and ready to enjoy a true celebratory feast!
